Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are confirmed through our online scheduling system. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; booking may be rescheduled for a $10 fee
• No-shows: No refund and no reschedule

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule.

Liability Waiver

All guests must sign a liability waiver before their first session. The waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of golf activities and releases Beltline Golf from liability for injuries except in cases of gross negligence. Waivers remain valid for 12 months from the date of signing.

Payment Terms

Payment is handled at the time of your session. Pricing information is available on our booking page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Facility Rules & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

• Appropriate golf attire is encouraged; no metal spikes
• Guests must treat equipment with care; damage may result in charges
• No outside food or beverages without prior approval
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult
• Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave without refund

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these rules or behaves inappropriately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Beltline Golf's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
